This membership is designed for professionals working in or alongside rural health, including provider organizations, technologists, innovators, associations, consultants, health plans, and related stakeholders.

No. There is no free trial.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

Log in, click your avatar in the top right corner, select Settings, then Billing. From there, choose Cancel subscription next to your active subscription.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No. Memberships may be canceled at any time, but refunds are not offered.

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before your next billing date.

Your subscription renews monthly based on the date you originally signed up.

Yes. You can update your billing information through your account settings.

Yes. Most account details can be updated from your member account settings.

The Rural Health Toolkit is a library of practical tools, templates, and planning resources available to paid members.

Not necessarily. Some resources may be released over time.

You keep access to released resources while your paid membership is active.

No. Toolkit access is for the individual member account only.

No. Toolkit materials may not be forwarded, uploaded, reposted, shared publicly, or distributed outside the platform.

Closed Door Sessions include live briefings, member discussion, recaps, and relevant updates for paid members.

Live sessions are expected to take place monthly.

Recordings and recaps are intended to be available inside the platform when applicable.

That is the plan. Replays or recaps will be available inside the member area when posted.  However, Executive Access is live, interactive, expert sessions.  This is your opportunity to ask, interact, and engage.

No. Members may not record, repost, or distribute live session content.

No. Closed Door Sessions content is for member use only and may not be shared outside the platform.

No. Membership does not include one-on-one Q&A by email.

Questions can be raised during live sessions or within the community discussion areas.

No. Membership does not include one-on-one consulting or private advisory support.
